I think Twilight is boring also, but if you are looking for some good atmospheric black metal check out Weakling - Dead as Dreams.

just listened to the new altar of plagues and i really like it. not sure if i'd say it matches the excellence of white tomb, but if it doesn't it comes very very close. the vocals were not as powerful, and neither was the production, but beyond that it exceeded my expectations entirely.

all of the actual songs are amazing, and while it's true that the when the sun drowns song is drawn out a little too long, it's still a pretty good track

I'm downloading it right now.

lol i think i know what you're saying. the most obvious thing would be to check out the individual members of twilight's bands, as twilight is kind of a supergroup side project thing. leviathan, krieg, nachtmystium, lurker of chalice, and draugar.

I think [i]Mammal[/i] is pretty great. Feather and Bone is awesome.

It doesn't match [i]White Tomb[/i] (for me), but it doesn't have to. It's an awesome album all on its own.

yep that's about how i feel. i do wish the vocals were more like white tomb's though, that's about the only real complaint i have.
