not much keyboardery, drumming's a lot less over the top, vocals are super grimy

well I love lykathea aflame so its hard to answer that objectively

but

different drummer, if there are keyboards they are very sparse, and its more raw

I don't mind them but they keyboards are really pointless and the drummer just irritates the **** out of me 90% of the time. I'll give Appalling Spawn a listen at some point.
