I just saw Bane and Have Heart last Thursday. Bane was excellent. I'm not as into Have Heart, but they are really good live as well.

Rise and Fall played here in March. They were with Pulling Teeth, Coliseum, Ceremony, and Converge, so they didn't get to play that long of a set, but they were great. So loud / heavy.

You get such a wicked selection of bands all the time in the usa. sux to be me.
I will look forward to rise and fall then, haven't been able to get hold of any of their stuff, but what they have on their myspace is sic.
