Syd wasn't as good a writer as waters in my opinon. Though i've really only heard the mainstream floyd plus the album "animals". I'd like to get into some of syd's earlier stuff.

Ninjerk 08-21-2004 01:11 PM

Ted Nugent's pretty good. Did anyone mention him? Totally sex-driven.

PinkFloyd 08-21-2004 09:34 PM

It's a line from Waynes World that my bro always says. Your avatar reminded me of it.

BludgeonySteve 08-21-2004 10:07 PM

That still doesn't explain. Meh let's not try and decipher the complicated workings of wayne's world.

lunch998 08-21-2004 10:08 PM

What Live Grateful Dead album would you guys suggest I get?

Well yea. There was no reason why I put the quote up. But if your trying to make sense of the quote, then good luck because I never tried.

It's possibly the statement that the bee gees made friendly music for the masses and that led zeppelin's music is of an aquired taste.

Or that Zeppelin ripped off some bee gees songs :p

lunch998 08-21-2004 10:19 PM

We could be here forever trying to figure out Waynes World. I think the first thing you said was right.

PinkFloyd 08-21-2004 10:19 PM

^I doubt that :P

BludgeonySteve 08-21-2004 10:22 PM
^I doubt that :P
what's that supposed to mean. Are you questioning me?

Get out of my thread!

lunch998 08-21-2004 10:24 PM

Waynes World is some deep stuff.
