my doctor gave me 10 hydro 5mgs for my neck and I got three 10mg from my dude. I've only been getting high like 2x a week lately so my tolerance went down a lot. I think my dopamine levels are starting to balance out again cause I don't feel bad when I'm not high any more.

I got in a car accident on December 1st. Some teacher rear ended me and totalled both our cars and I got whiplash. It's just sore and stiff. I've been going to this rehab center and they do this ultrasound therapy twice a week. Basically, they just rub this gel on my back with this heated instrument and it loosens up the muscles and then they put these vibrating pads on my back and leave them on there for 15 minutes and it helps loosen it.
