i don't know exactly, it's happened more then twice, but i wouldn't say it derailed the thread, but it's Bruce waving the flag, which mean the trooper is playing, things don't get much better :)

Oh I'm so jealous, the rest of my body is really fit, especially my legs (thorugh hockey) but stomach is just flab :madL I mean I'm not fat, but I don't have a flat stomach and it annoys me. I don't have the attention span to do crunches.

right i need to do 56 posts, i dont want to get this far and give up before i reach 500 posts in one day

I've started cycling again so I've lost a bit of weight plus working so I'm not pigging out all the time! :p
My arms and my stomach are pretty toned just from lifting boxes at work apart from that I'm a fatty
