I shave about once a week so I normally have a beard but I shaved last night. It's not the people that work at the store, it's some guy who worked for TABC and he said he had to ID everyone who looked younger than 30.

The Indians there don't give a fuck they sold me beer all the time when I was 17. They just ask "how old are you sir?" and never ask for ID.

i hate when people ask how old i am but i pull out the id automatically instead of just answering

ah that makes sense. They say at the liquor stores here that they card everyone under 25 but I never get carded.

I have started shaving every 2nd day now, or in the morning one day and evening another if I have to go out that night.

I've been paying off all my debts I racked up during my addiction. Every week I've been paying $50-100 a week. It actually feels really good to be making progress. In a few months, I will have everything paid off and I'm going to save up money to move out.

I don't know what changed but I've really been getting my shit together lately.

Which job did you end up taking? Also how are you fitting it into your schedule and how many hours a week do you work?

I ended up taking the comp sci job, better pay and I am getting more than a few classes worth of experience in it, so I feel like it's worth taking a delay on my career. Also I really enjoy doing it and it's very relaxed.

I work 40h a week, its 9-5 but that's loose, I can get there at like 10 work til 6 (that's what I did today), or just make up the hours at home (we work in the cloud so I can work anywhere).

it's also great that my girlfriend decided to stay in the city this summer. it is a bit scary though because our futures are so indeterminate: I may be leaving to do my post-grad in another country like Hong Kong or Belgium or something and she may end up going and doing her PhD in France and then working in Washington DC or something.

Probably won't graduate for like another year and a half.

Just have 6 credit hours left and I am complete-o. Hope to take two classes this fall so I can graduate in the winter or however that shit works. So excited and nervous.
