But I have a video for Jugband Blues that is really trippy and odd to watch. Because Syd just sits there with no facial expression and sings. and at one point the band is playing horns and stuff.

Arnold Layne is by far the wierdest one. Go watch at the official Floyd site (after some searching).

Somthing I always wondered. Was that preformance of Jugband Blues from when the band had so much trouble getting him to mimick the song for TV?

You I never knowticed it till just now when listening to it and thining about the lyrics, Chater 24 has to be one of the best philosphy driven Pink Floyd songs.

Goodbye Blue Sky is a great song, but it's lyrics are more provocative, where as Wish You Were Here is really haunting.

Not at all. The Wall is a brilliant album, possibly one of the best concept albums ever recorded. Roger outdid himself in his storytelling. If you read some reviews of it, you can see how the troubles the band had only intesified the mood of the album.

Okay ill get it. I was reading lyrics and I absolutley love the last songs lyrics (the mad buggers wall line). But what is the actual concept of the album? is it rogers life?

It is the life of a rockstar called Pink. Basically, it reflects both Roger and Syd Barrett (The original guitarist for the band), but it is much more Roger than Syd. It's a great album.

So the story is actually made up? does that mean the storie to the movie was too?

Yes, the Wall album is almost identical to The Wall movie.
