Considering he was there for only one album, I doubt it.
Haha, never listened to it then?? It is the ultimate classic rock album. |
I seem to be the only one to think Animals is brilliant lyrics but boring music.
|
but he wrote most of their songs for the wall and other albums.
No. He didn't write one song from 1971(Meddle) and on for Pink Floyd. He was an inspiration for many but he didn't write them. |
I don't always care for Syd's writing.
well you should, he rules. |

Yeah thanks, I realise now, I got wrote and inspired muddled up. |
His stuff with Pink floyd is really cheesy, and simplistic. I like his later writing though.

No No. Animals has amazing music. Dogs for instance. The catchy acoustic riff, the dual guitar interludes, the three amazing guitar solos, the climax in the second guitar solo is near orgasmic :naughty: . Pigs On The Wing has an amazing chord progression, and solo on the rare version complements the song perfectly. Pigs (Three Different Ones) is just kickass. And Sheep is keyboard ownage. :) |

Syd was an LSD victim, he went coocoo.
I heard rumours that he thought he was a glass of orange juice for a while |
