:( i afraid.. i think my dog have gotten cancer(hes got this huge lump on his left side right behind the leg..), and i think i have starting Carpel tunnel... :'(

It might not be cancer though. My dog got a lump on her back right leg but it was just a cist (sp?).

And i dont know about Carpel tunnel so cant help you there. See a doctor and stop playing for a few days?

yeah.. i hope its just an cist too... cause it doesnt seem like hes in pain or anything..though it seems like hes getting slower with things, but that may just be becouse he have turned 10..

i think ill give my hands an day or two before i find an doctor.. but i have played so little in the holidays that i havent had the chance to get better on stuff... so now i realy want to practice...

enjoy christmas and boxing day?

theres any number of things a lump can be as well as cancer but unluckey all the same, my dog died of cancer (and other things) about a month ago. with carpel tunel sindrome tho theres a good thing about it in the resources bit and if you see a doctor about it it might not be that bad

Meh... Christmas was alright, I suppose. I did the same thing I did every year: sit around in my apartment by myself watching 80's John Cusack movies, drinking beer, and feel sorry for myself for a few days... then I get over it.

Also, being an ignorant American I have no idea what Boxing day is. The only reason I even know about it is because its on the calendar.

hey joe, costello was on Jooles Holland! He was playing with his new band, elvis costello and the (somethings.. i forgot thier name) Anyway, they were really good though!

Well last year of secondary school, im 16, doing GCSE's, well mocks in January.

my guess is hes in year 11 and has his mock gcse's when he goes back...

I did mine before christmas :)

ahhhh yeah, thats the one! I liked the second song they played. The lyrics were something about Elvis and Jesus... cant remember it really. His guitar was weird. Any info on it Holyed? It was like a hollowbody guitar but it had 4 strings but the fretboard was wide enough for 6...

Umm, our lit paper is on 'Of mice and men.' Good book, its pretty short, so its easier to focus, and the way the characters are portrayed any like 'compare x and y' questions, can be pretty easily done.

Most (not all) have a slight overdrive, noticeable (sp?) with high notes. Even if it's very slight, it slowly drives me mad...

I saw him about 2 years ago and he played some crazy looking guitars. He had tons with him... he played some Dano's, a Jaguar, Hofner cutaway, ooooooooold Tele, and this aincent looking acoustic. He also played what looked to me like a long scale guitar, although I'm not too privy on guitar knowledge, it looked to be even longer than a 34'' scale bass.

I've heard that too, but also from what I hear it comes mostly from cheap/old tubes, and pushing your amp too hard. I found out that the 400+ is actually a 300w amp, even though it is listed as a 500w. Apparently tubes are a little fussy on when and how much power they put out. 500 is the approximate peak, and 300 is the average it will opperate at. When you get closer to the peak is when it will start to distort. This is what I'm picking up from the guys at TB, anyway.
