They repeatedly make light of Joe's fascination with the Japanese culture and give him crap about liking it. They say things such as "Joe gets off on hentai" (just picking out a random Japanese-associated term), among other things. Obviously, it annoys him, because he's tried in the past to explain the culture to them because he thoroughly enjoys sharing it with people, but they elect to remain ignorant on the matter, so we get feature presentations of Joe vs. Ray and Joe vs. Madey sometimes.

It's rather unwarranted, and I don't blame Joe for getting pissed off about it, but I would hope that he can ignore them by now, because Joe rox teh boxerz, as bitter of an individual he can be sometimes.

He's incredibly friendly and kind on MSN.

Yah, i was wondering where they had gone. The last straw for me was when one of you was explaining about how you were reading a book (i think it was Stoic) and it had this random rape scene in the back of a forest, but it was a really good book, and i said 'sounds interesting, i might look into it' and Ray said 'I don't think you'd like it Joe, the girl getting raped isn't Japanese.'
