I mean it only took the computer nearly 3 years to tell us this.

^^ that sucks, it happened to out computer downstairs. After almost 2 years, then it basically stopped working...

I've given up trying to find something so I'll pop into Debenhams on my lunch break on Tuesday and get him something :-/

:lol: i don't think it actually does anything it's just messages, it might limit your use of media play and IE, but i don't know, oh and you probably can't download stuff from microsoft, but it's irriating more then anything, i just rolled back my computer and the nasty messages went bye bye.

My friend has had it for some time.

I use Firefox anyway which is cool.

I couldn't use any windows applications like word or media player.
And it resricted being able to download updates for certain programs...

It's all fixed now though

WMP is okay.

MSN messenger won't work though.

yeah, its a new update, you wont be able to do lots of new microsoft flavoured things until it gets sorted

My cpu doesn't fall out of line, it get's bitch slapped if it tries to.

Ha mine wouldn't let me even get into the computer... it gave me a 30 day deadline before it went bang. Luckily my dad knows people and got it sorted :)

If it goes "bang" my dad will get rather angry and it all may end with his foot through the screen.

I covered myself from possibilities of cpu failure by making my dad buy the biggest meanest beast of a computer pc world had a few years ago. Still goes strong, new graphics and sound cards needed soon though.

That's cool. I don't even know how much mine costed. Most probably a few shillings.

I had a new laptop last year and I've been guarding it with life. Except for accidentally melting part of it.

Pokemon update: I've completed all the gyms and am on my way to beat the elite 4. But I'm stuck in that stupid victory road cave :mad: My blastoise is on level 54 and I've captured all 3 legendary birds. I've given up for a while, I can't get of this stupid cave.
