Im guessing those are album titles, and maybe both. I havn't checked them out in a while.

concealed is more experimental; it has opera vox, several instrumental tracks, etc fragmentary evidence is more straight death metal, but probably has more complex songs.

good stuff, hate the opera vocals, doesn't work for me.

I haven't been able to get into that prog death metal in a long time. My brother showed me a progressive death metal band called In Vain, check out the song On the Banks of the Mississippi...it's pretty awful. If my death metal is cheesy, it has to be the brutal kind of cheesy. I think that is my main problem with progressive dm.

In Vain has some great tracks on The Latter Rain, but yeah the album youre describing [I]sucks [/I]
