I've said this 12098034725 times in the Video game section, but Zelda freakin' owns.

I've spent 30+ hours on it this Thanksgiving break alone omgwtfbbq.

And with that I'm off to bed(see the wizard).

Pazz 11-25-2006 11:24 PM

Eww, the Wizard of Oz...

In Communication Technology we filmed ourselves in front of a green screen and added ourselves to the Wizard of Oz. People were humping munchkins and Dorthy, it was quite funny.

cobert 11-25-2006 11:30 PM

Ha.

Man, we changed the settings on the camera so that it was one person but it mirrored it so there was two of you. It was so trippy.

Vince: Are you drunk?

If you still have the capacity to feel worse, you can get drunk.

Permanent Solution 11-25-2006 11:59 PM
Then why do you feel so bad?
i don't know. i was having a good evening, and then i got in the car to go home, and since i've felt totally terrible. i think part of it is i'm getting sick. but i might just be getting sick because i feel like death. hmm.

b: no. i have no need to get sobbing drunk with my brothers

Dinosawesome 11-26-2006 02:09 AM

What do people think of:

A) Secondhand Serenade: They sound a lot like Dashboard Confessionals, though imo, the singer has more range, check out 'Your Call'.
http://www.myspace.com/secondhandserenade

B) Cute Is What We Aim For: Sounds like a mix between old school Fall Out Boy and The Academy Is..., unfortunately I can see these guys being the centre of admiration for hoards of screaming teengirls :( Check out 'The Curse of Curves'

B 11-26-2006 02:14 AM

dude CIWWAF

is old news

they were good before they released a cd

they sold out so hard its not even funny, they even admitted it, and in doingso they also made themselves suck.

Concubine 11-26-2006 02:16 AM

i dont like cute is what we aim for

they sound generic.

and they have a terrible name.

The_Red_Death 11-26-2006 02:20 AM
I need some help here. A very talented friend of mine wants to do a duet with me at this talent show thing, and I need to think of some good songs that would sound good as a male/female duet, preferably more mellow ones with simple instrumentation, IE acoustic guitar and piano.

If I can't think of anything, I could be stuck doing a Sheryl Crow/Sting song.
Bit of a bump here... Anyone else have some suggestions? Someone suggested some Straylight, but I only have Existentialism On Prom Night, which I would do were it not bloody high in some parts.

B 11-26-2006 02:22 AM

toolsheds and hot tubs :)

I hate to be a leech, but could you hit me up with a link to the song?

B 11-26-2006 02:25 AM

I would but I'm going to bed and I don't even know if I have it anymore. Plus it was sort of a joke because the song is like mildly electronic and such.

I live in Rural Australia in a town of 2,000 people- the nearest city is 300km away and the state capital is an 8hr drive.

So you'll have to excuse me for being a little behind :p

I heard of them from here.

I never pick up new bands from anywhere near me.

Ross 11-26-2006 08:58 AM

So, after like 50 years with a Rage Against The Machine avatar I've finally caved in... to NOFX.

Word homies, I see nothing much is happening here <_<

Oz Rembrandt 11-26-2006 09:02 AM

Ross 11-26-2006 09:03 AM

"What are Rwandans?"
"..Ohhh, they're just little nothings. High five!"

Oz Rembrandt 11-26-2006 09:07 AM

I swear you ARE Dexter Holland

Ross 11-26-2006 09:10 AM

Who, me? Like, wewt. If only.

He SO lives on a beach. Which leads me to a great idea of a Bon Jovi cover The Offspring should do...

"Woaah, oh! Livin' on a beach!"

They even get to make full use of wooaahhh oohhh.

"Between AFI, and The Offsping, I really don't think we need anyone else to sing..."

Oz Rembrandt 11-26-2006 09:12 AM

Whooooooooooooooooooooooooooas!!!!!!!!!!

Gnarmageddon 11-26-2006 09:14 AM

We prefer aaaaahs, and, na na na nananas, we like yeah yeah yeaaaahs, they're alright.

Oz Rembrandt 11-26-2006 09:15 AM

Wewt! Spence joined in.

Ross 11-26-2006 09:16 AM

I'll shove them on after The Offspring. Damn Oz, can't stop listening to 'em now.

Oz Rembrandt 11-26-2006 09:17 AM

The Offspring man... they might not be the most talented, but they ****ing own.

Ross 11-26-2006 09:24 AM

Hell yeah they do. And they're another reason why pop-punk freakin' sexes me up.

Rise Me Up 11-26-2006 09:31 AM

So, I like Say Anything, should I feel guilty for this?

Concubine 11-26-2006 09:59 AM
