So last night my roommate got arrested because he took the blame for buying alcohol for himself and a few of his friends. One kid was a high school student (18 in 2 months) visiting the college for the night.

Now my roommate, who does his homework every day, is one of the nicest guys I know, and who didn't even actually buy any alcohol, is facing a potential year in PRISON.

A political party in the Netherlands came up with a new law propsal.
If a store sells alcohol to a a person under 16 (light alcohol) or 18 (Liquor) they get a mark and if they get 3 marks, they loose their license to sell alcohol.

Thats ****ed up.
