Interestingly, I am listening to Domination by Morbid Angel and am enjoying it. I used to hate it for some reason.

I had my DSL speed "increased" and all it did was bottleneck. My upload is way faster, my download is horribly bad.

Your line probably shouldn't have had the extra speed put on it and so it became unstable.

I <3 University download speeds. I downloaded an album today at 4000 kbps.

I dl at 150kbps and upload at 25.

Now that the weekend, my download speed is going to be insanity. Of course, it won't matter to me, because I'll just be wasting away with video games.

Sweet, sweet video games. And guitar of course.

I dl at 150-200 kb/s and upload at around 50 :cool:

You bastard. In the dorms here the most you can get is maybe 80 at 3am.

Download Speed: 738 kbps (92.3KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 352 kbps (44 KB/sec transfer rate)

usually my downloads start at like 120 but then drop down to between 70-90 pretty quick

I upload at like 1800 kbps consistently. That's why I did a full issue on the DU a few days back.

Holy ****, this is ****ing ridiculous. I bought an HDMI cable for my PS3, but the PS3 hasn't come yet, so I connected my laptop to my TV. The display is amazing in 40" HD.

Mediafire says I upload at some ungodly 500 kbps or whatever, but that's bullshit, since it takes just as long as my megauploads which say I'm going at like 45 kbps

Bell South did the same thing down here a few months ago. It didn't affect me because I have cable at home.

I have a hard time uploading to mediafire. Most of the time the file size won't show up and I'll get around 900000% when it does that. I doubt my uploaded is actually uploading when it does that so I have to retry a bunch of times until it actually gives me the correct status.

Mediafire sucks imo.

I get horrible download speeds.

I usually use sendspace for uploading tbh.

Yeah, it usually takes 2 or 3 minuutes though, so Mediafire is lying to me I guess.

I like mediafire just because downloading is so easy and I can have as many downloads as I want going at the same time.

Me too, but I've never had more problems uploading with any site than mediafire.

Megaupload still has a few thing better about it.
