I don't think I would use it, but you never know. I have found that for walking bass lines the low B is very handy.

I've got the music mostly figured out. It's a simple chord progression for the verse, and another one for the chorus, and then I want to come up with an instrumental interlude or something. I only have lyrics for the first verse done, but I have the melody constructed for the chorus.
