Well, we were chillin' at school, jammin' to some SRV on a free day...
One of the rubber feet slipped off, it fell off the balcony, taking my lead with it, and a fender mini tonemaster I was borrowing. Tonemaster was fine. The gain boost pot on my wah got knocked out of place, other than that, not a scratch. Snarling Dogs ftw.
Haha that's awesome. I'm sure of the durability of most of my pedals but I wouldn't want to have it tested that way. |
you've got some seriously outrageous wah technique if it moves enough to fall off of the structure you're playing on
|
And on a side note: one of my favorite episodes of the Twilight Zone is on:D
Rod Serling ftw. |

It's got a wierd feeling to it, it's not like a crybaby, you have to stand at like a 45 degree angle to take advantage of the full range of it. We were standing on tile and it was on the edge, when the foot moved it slid off. Cheap Trick on Conan now. |

Lul.
Yer. I almost did, but I wouldn't fit through the holes in the railing. Took a nasty hit to the shoulder though. |

Not really.
I'll take pics of the damaged knob and old stripped foot screw tomorrow, and the little scuff on the edge where it slid. |
ITT: Jamie has lied for nearly the entire time he has been on MX, ever, and NOW he has decided to stop.

|
Not much here lately...my moods are changing, I can feel it, so it seems that I'll be withdrawing from my social life for a while, as is the pattern that I follow.
But worse can happen *shrug*
Sure it wasn't a mermaid Josh?
He's had that one too, there has been a few. |
I don't have too much of a life during the summer. I have friends, but a lot are just friends in school, if you get what I mean. Plus I usually don't go out and do 'stuff.' I really should call this girl I know, but what she said wasn't the message she seemed to be giving out. That piano thing is cool. Kind of a dreamy feel. Or maybe I'm tired. |
call.
Yeh, now that I think about it I think she got the wrong impression. I was just asking to hang out, not a date or anything. Not that she isn't fanciable. She's a church girl sorta, and they're never interested, even though I find they have the best values. skrang - There are a lot of kids in my neighborhood, but few I associate with, and with good reason. |
crazy, thats what this girls like, isnt interested, but wants to chill, have fun, and is a cool person

Yeah. The problem is, I'm not very interesting or fun IMO. What scares me is becoming to where my guitar is most of my identity. That's what would scare me. I'd rather people look past that. I know a guy who is totally into his band, that's all he talks about, and if that band were to fall apart he'd be nothing. That's sad. |
Eh, well with me, I have a low-order version of bipolar disorder which has a high probability of developing into actual manic depression. It's not the easiest thing to deal with, especially when I have other stress factors and things to worry about, so during the summer, it's just a matter of moods changing and stuff like that. Although during the school year, it gets enormously difficult to bear with and nearly made me drop out during the beginning of my second semester. A fact that is rather neat to me, the way my brain processess information is the reason why things are the way they are with me. I think and process information on an extrordinarly fast manner that leaves me prone to boredom and trouble in my classes. But it is also because of how quickly I do this that puts me prone to have an overactive imagination among other things. I can develop a really strong paranoia and a quasi-disillusioned sense of comprehension with the actual world. Think of it as a low-order version of schizophrenia and you're on the mark. But I still rule. |

I have pretty high grades, but I started to lose interest because of the slower pace, and then it rubbed off so I didn't pay attention when the pace picked back up, which would explain my precal grade this year. skrang - There are a lot of kids in my neighborhood, but few I associate with, and with good reason.
Yeah, same with me really.. quite sad it makes me |
Me, from years of overbearing parenting, I'm paranoid everywhere I go that I'm being watched, and I hate being touched or hugged and crap. I'm afraid to use the phone because I'm afraid I'm spyed on. I'm also afraid to undress for the shower or change clothes without blockading my door and covering up the cracks, just because they've spied on me so much I'm scared to death of them.
In school, I'm loud, free, funny, and alive, I'm smart, I have friends, I'm more social... But at home... I'm like MX me. Except I don't talk, because I'm afraid of critisism from my parents. I also live in a bad part of town and am not allowed to go out much. Paranoia=gay on my parent's behalf. |

(C in an advanced class, but oh well)
I had to take precalc twice, once because I got extremely bored with the material and had to drop the class before it began to affect my grades. The second time I took it, I got bored again, but forced myself, to you know, not fail, so I ended up with a B because I chose not to take a test from the first unit that I missed because I had a weird form of the flu. |
here comes jamie with his problems
i was just talking matter-of-fact jkjk you know what you should do, is play mind games with them. |
