The band is ok. But if I want prog with hi voices I'll listen to Rush

but he changes the pitch of his voice
but if you actually listen to the music you see why its such a good band

Chris Pennie is their official drummer now, touring etc. Taylor just recorded the new album as a one off, as I don't think Pennie was avaliable or something. And yeah, thankfully Mic is back playing with them.

Ahhh, i'm so excited for the end of next month, I wish it'd come sooner.

I think they're okay. His voice gets kind of annoying after a while.

I really love them, and I've been binging their music since early August.


Has it leaked yet?

i really REALLY like this new album

track 2 and 4 are my favorite so far

Oh well, I'll just get it again on the 23rd.

And this album is great. I'm so glad I wasn't let down. Just about to hit the last track.

Yeah it's the clean version sadly, but it's still awesome.

I'm not quite sure what to think of it the first run through.

On one hand, the last 5 group of tracks is great, as was with The Willing Well on GA1, but I don't really think this is better just yet.

Maybe it'll grow on me, but for now, my Thrice copy came in a day early. :)

It's not all filler in the middle like GA one was imo.

A couple scattered songs in GA1 were mediocre, but I think a majority of the songs were great.

But I see what you mean with some of the middle songs. The Lying Lies and Once Upon Your Dead Body were kinda dull.

Is Coheed and Cambria really pop punk?:confused: I've heard them called metal many times but why are they pop punk here?

Nah, just more people in Pop-Punk like them compared to the R&M folks.
