well it's not Indian but the one I make I got out of the Larousse Gastronomique -

1 tsp mild mustard
1 tsp caster sugar
150 ml natural yoghurt
1-2 tbps parsley
Salt & Pepper

you are supposed to put lemon juice in it but I find the yoghurt acidic enough, goes well with fish of any description. did you make Raita? we use yoghurt, grated cucumber & carrot, sugar and milk to thin it out from what I remember. we make huge tubs of it though. i've tried other recipes which aren't quite as good
