i just came home from Sticks n' Strings...and...

1.) Bought a 12" Remo CS Black Dot Batter for my snare tom.
2.) Bought a 12" 16 Strand Wire for my snare tom.
3.) I found out 12" Maple Hoops cost about $80 a piece.
4.) I saw my drum teacher at the store.
5.) I tested, the Trick Snare Strainer, and...the Trick Pro1-V Pedal.

The Trick Snare Strainer, felt so good in my fingertips. It slides effortlessly to adjust how tight the wires are. The build of it, is very solid.

The Trick Pro1-V Pedal, was unbelievable. It's also build very solid and sturdy. For about half an hour, i was messing around with it. The feel, was perfect. Incredibly smooth... $300 for the single, and $700 for the double. There are many different gadgets on this single pedal. You can adjust the height of the board, and you can adjust the angle and height of the beater. The tension, can be adjusted from very soft to very hard. This pedal will litterally stick to your foot because the response is so fast. Overall, it plays incredibly nice.
