Also, not that anyone cares but I've decided to start doing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instead of focusing on kickboxing. I'll still box here though.

BJJ is mad fun, but I can't do it since my shoulder is iffy.

i used to do some mad muay thai. brazilian jiu jitsu is supposed to be pretty brutal. There was an aussie cage fighter who did that a few years back and was pretty much unbeatable

I've got bursitis in my shoulder actually but since doing muay thai it hasn't acted up a bit. I guess that's what hours of stretching will do.

oh sweet. Muay Thai is fun as hell but I want to do some grappling to save my hands for massage therapy until I see where that goes.

I can pretty much dislocate my left shoulder on a whim, so BJJ is not for me. Also, my other shoulder is pretty bad as well. I got thrown once, and landed on the shoulder. That caused my supraspinatus to become inflamed and that has never properly healed.

It's been four years, so I'm not too sure it'll ever heal. I'll take it to the doctor when I pester him about my knees. Or go to a naprapath again. That helped some.
