I like that amp Gilmour, but I don't use distortion pedals so I wouldn't know much about them...sorry. The guitar forum could probably suggest several good ones.

Done and done. Is that an Ibanez from the starter pack thing? I've heard bad things about the amp in that package.

AntiHero- If it makes you feel better, I suck at guitar too. Definitly much worse than you. I am decent at bass though :cool:

It's a Yamaha Pacifica. It was good to learn on, but I am ready for something new. I have $600 to spend, so my options are wide open.
