Was my post any different than that of someone linking to a helpful thread on HOD, or someone linking to a humourously pathetic thread on the pearl forums? Because I've never seen someone banned for either of those offences.

I understand that if i posted "GO HERE GO HERE GO HERE GO HERE!!! (link)", there would be grounds for banning due to advertising.

But you've got to draw the line somewhere.

How does a court trial for a murder help? It doesn't really. It's all about justice.

the court trial is to determine what type of sentencing they recieve.

We all know that. It's the fact that even though the family members of someone who's just been killed are not going to get that person back, they are most definately going to demand a court trial. They don't say "Oh, it was in the past. How is this going to help?" And I believe they have every right to demand justice for something they see to be completely wrong.

Tonight at the Billy Cobham clinic they auctioned off his sig snare, also the one he used at the clinic, and my friend who I went with won. I couldn't beleive it I was one number away from winning. It was an awsome clinic non the less though.

My friends went to a trades show last year, and some stereo company had a competition where you would throw one of their stereos off of a 8-foot high ledge, and whoever broke it won a brand new one. They kept using the same one until it broke, then brought out a new one. 7 of my friends were there, and all 7 of them threw it (they were the 10th-17th people to throw this one) and none of them broke it, and then the next guy who went right after the last of my friends shattered it.

Repeat that scenario 3 more times. It was the guy immediately after them the first time, the guy 2 people after them the second and third time, and the guy immediately after them the 4th time.

They didn't win anything. :lol:

been.. what have i been doin... school, the girl, various events.. bbq/ party tomorrow (cinco de mayo) got a dog walk thing for cancer on saturday, followed by a formal dinner/dance party. ya know the cool kind where they get 3 or 4 tour busess to take you to the place with booze on teh bus.. yea boiler room style, that would lead to sat night after wich will be spent in a ocean view hotel room though i'll be lookin at the womans gourgous naked body not the ocean.. uh i think there's a private snuck in on sunday somewhere have to check my binder for that far ahead.

cool. tija and i do pretty much the same thing every weekend: go out for thai friday night, sleep in then go to a cafe for breakfast together, she goes to work for a few hours, i get a massage and play drums, then various boy/girl shenanigans and she goes out with her friends and i go to the pub and get maggot.

yup pretty much, though i despise the bar scene here and only frequent clubs when it's free for me through VIP connections, wich is like twice a month...
that's when i derive energy from hennessy literally, smoke like a chimney
