the second song is the best song. u just give urself opinions about it before you listen to it cause u didnt like the older stuff. the new stuff is alot better.

AILD new shit: the first song blew me away and surprised me.

the second song sounds like the same boring crap. This album is gonna be mediocre.

The same goes for the Human Abstract's vocals, that guy blows.

Got the new As I Lay Dying CD. So far, it's pretty hit or miss for me. Good song here, bad song there. Meh. Way better than their last cds so far.

It's still really average. I've got my review more or less finished, but I'm going to give this another listen tomorrow. I'm looking at a 3 I think.

The vocals are better but still forgettable. The "twists" they promised are few and far between since it's still mindless chugging + stolen In Flames leads. But yeah, I'm enjoying it for what it is.

I just wish their singing bassist could, you know, sing.

Yeah the singing is kinda..annoying. So far it's pretty decent. Not a classic, I'd give it a 3 too. Maybe a 2.5.

Got the new TTEOTD too. So far it's kinda boring me, and I hate the production/tone on it. Guitars are way too muddy for my tastes.

Anyhow, Nate Johnson's vocals suck, Josh Kullick seems hesitant to branch past blast, breakdown, and thrash beats.

As for illpressureyourhinges, dude, I tried the album, at least. I wasn't going to originally, but I did. And it's ****ing boring. I based my opinions around what I heard off of it.
