To & from work today:
The Streets - Original Pirate Material The Streets - A Grand Don't Come For Free The Streets - The Hardest Way To Make An Easy Living Stevie Wonder - Talking Book A Grand... is my favourite Streets album followed closely by Original Pirate Material. The Hardest... needs more listening (only listened to it about 3-4 times) to get into it properly. Talking Book is great although not as good as Innervisions (the only other album I have by him.) |
With their worst album?
thats not their worst, i strongly believe the self titled is. the headmaster ritual is one of my favorite songs of theirs. X - los angeles soon to be digging the gun club and the gories just gotta go pick up my orders. |
The only really good song on Meat is Murder for me is "How Soon is Now", and that's not even technically meant to be on there.

I did have a double disc album by him but I lost it when my old pc blew up :( Yeah not really liking The Hardest Way tbh, don't know what went wrong but it's nowhere near as good as the first two. |

I like how Kozelek is really personable and open, until a couple of loudmouths ruin his mood. After that he kind of shuts up.

he was making small talk and just ripping on people in the audience. he was not in a good mood. pretty funny to see balding middle aged dudes get their lives reduced by one of their heroes. did he play that wierd version of summer dress when you saw him? |
