Not anymore. They only released it free for a week, and then they pulled it and it says "stay tuned for a possible release," and I'll bet they're not going to release it, because it isn't good enough, and that's probably why they released it for free in the first place.

I'm not a huge Talib fan to begin with. I'm more excited for the new Madvillian.

Madvillain is an awesome project. That's because Doom is incredible, and thus he lifts up Madlib to his level. Likewise, Talib only has two good records: one with Mos Def (when [I]he[/I] was good), and one with HiTek.
