Thanks for the comments on my last post. It was the live videos that really made me appreciate that band (Dimmu), and, those older songs. Otherwise I doubt I would be into them, so much. It seems of course, like most of the bands I like the best musically, are not always the ones I'm going to see play out, but, not always the case.

I have to admit that I am addicted to live vids of bands on YT, at least the really good ones, and, out of print demos, and, such. Also, like to save my extra money for live shows. I buy cds, but they keep getting stolen, ha. So, I just download single songs, when I can pay for them. Sometimes I really throw down a bit of money on expensive club sodas or drinks, at the shows, to (tee shirts, etc.) I feel like if a band comes all the way out to see me/us, I figure then I like to know for sure they're getting paid, and that the venues will stay open.

I never download anything unless it's a full demo/EP/album. I hate single tracks.

And yeah, I think most of us here like to buy CDs and stuff.

I like to buy em to, but, can't always afford both.

question: what exactly consititutes raw bm? I mean generally saw it as a blogger's catch-all term for bm that was raw but didn't fit into another category like punky bm or black noise. however this guy on rym said that it had to be the step below black noise and it also has to be bare-bones minimalistic and I'm unsure if he's just a genre-nazi, a tard or if he actually knows his shit :\ -?-
