Wow, quite a stark video.

I got the Kerrang tribute CD yesterday. I was actually quite impressed overall. I was very impressed with the covers by Machine Head, Chimaria, Mendeed, Trivium. Fightstar's cover was actually surprisingly alright, the worst for me would probably be the FFAF cover. It made me chuckle hearing their feeble attempt at the solo.

Those are tapes that he made by himself, that's what his family and metallica said.

I think some of the "foolin around" solos by Cliff were better than anesthesia on KEA.

Yea I just heard that. Wow, it's quite horrible actually. Orion was completely ruined, MoP was probably best, but it wasn't great either. Can't beat the original I guess. Even 20 years later. Metallica's Orion sounded heavier than Mastodon's. lol. I don't really like any of those bands' original work, so I might be biased but I don't think I am.

The Funeral For A Friend's cover of Damage Inc. WAS THE WORST COVER IN THE HISTORY OF S[COLOR="Black"]H[/COLOR]ITTY COVERS. That voice pissed me off so much and they slowed the solo to like 5 bpm. FFAF= Untalented retards

I didn't like MOP, that song can't be played by any other band with the same sound that Metallica, not even Dream Theater!!!.

Musicwise, they played good.

I quite liked it. It was messy but I think it was better than if they had taken a more melodic approach to it.
