yeah, you warm up, then strecth (not over strecth) then you go for your run. After the run you strecth again and then do a cool down, otherwise you'll build up to much lactic acid in your legs that you wont be able to walk. Plus eat like an apple or something (fruit) after your run and drink plenty of water afterwards.

I love the red/yellow and the green/orange. The purple/yellow ones are gross. So I have a huge container full of purple ones and I have to dig through to find the good ones.

Vendetta Red - [i]Sister's of the Red Death[/i] is such an amazing album! Its by far the best cd of the year, nothing else has even come remotely close.

I haven't listened to it enough. It is a really good album though.

It's indeed a great album. I just got it today though so I've only gave it one listen so far.

Haha, you know your shi[size=2]t[/size], no question. I did football, basketball (weekend thing), wrestling, and baseball for high school. I'm just not happy with how I've had absolutely no time to go to the weight room and rec center at uni because of my studies. In high school, it was so easy because I had something to do after school everyday: I'd either go to practice or go lift/condition.

But now, my schedule is way off and I haven't been in any playing shape that I want to be in. I mean, I still play sports for recreation and all that, but I wouldn't mind getting back into high school performance shape, if that makes sense.
