that's like asking where you get the energy and dedication to learn an instrument. Most of us learned to play because we love music. Think about all the time you spent learning to play guitar and sing.

Some people love sports the way we love music. They spent a lot of time and energy practicing. They can stand up for 15 minutes cause they are in decent shape haha.
