True, but say, after a 3 day ban, maybe your rep could be restored at -750, leaving you an oppurtunity to not be a dumbas[B][I][/I][/B]s and get your rep back up, and stay unbanned. However, if somebody was actually a big enough problem to have -1000, they would most likely already be banned. :wave:
