I'm having a very melancholic night, it was good though.
I'm listening to music i last heard 3 years ago when I was single and lonely :upset:........brings back memories though. enough chatting around, I'm off to bed. Night all. |
So, some kid a few days ago at our school. He was in a medically induced coma and he died. Pretty sad, although I didn't know him.
|
Why did they put him in a coma?
|
Seriousy, in Agalloch's song "The hawthorne passage", best use of the trombone in any metal song.

I think I heard about that. What was the kid's name again? |

If he woke up and his brain became more active that it would in his sleep, his skull would puncture his brain and he'd die instantaneously. Either way, he was screwed. He was dirtbiking on train tracks and was hit by a train. True story. How he didn't hear the train is beyond me.
What was the kid's name again?
Dylan. His funeral service was today. |
/doesn't see the point in getting drunk and posting on an internet forum
It's all in the staying awake so I fall asleep less drunk and wake up less hungover. (It makes sense now but it won't tomorrow.)

Wow. If I was in that bad of shape, I probably would've wanted someone to pull my plug. Doesn't seem like much can be done when he's that bad off. Scored me a new Behemoth album today. Also, finally finished my Christmas shopping. |
Im thinking of putting this song I worte using powertab onto here...but whats holding me back is the consequences that comes with putting it onto here. Such as being laughed at for all eternity.
On an unrelated note, theres so much snow here, its incredible. |

I'm going to DC for Christmas break, so it's like going from the beach to snow. Freaking incredible change in temperature for me. |

Hah, Im going to Florida for the holidays. Its going to be a good 2 and a half weeks. Im not too fond of the cold right now. |
Wow, this new Behemoth album is so much better then I gave it credit for. Sometimes by listening through headphones instead of sitting at a computer, one can pick up the miniscule details of music that make it so much better.

That really sucks. This hijacking has gotten way out of hand lately.
Latly, Im trying to get into some new stuff..Can you name me a few of their good songs ?
For some good songs check out: In Thy Pandemaeternum Driven by the Five-Winged Star Ceremony of Shiva The Alchemist's Dream The Act of Rebellion Pan Satyros Here and Beyond Blackest ov the Black Scultping the Throne ov Seth Xul These are some of my favorites. I just picked two of the best songs from each of their death metal albums. Behemoth is a band that can be best experienced by reading the booklet while listening. Nergal (guitarist/vocalist) seems to derive great connection from everything he writes, and when I read his notes on each song I get a strange feeling, that the music is a front for some deeper meaning. It took a while to grow on me, but their music gives me some kind of sentimental sensation, and I detect a lot of emotion that extreme metal bands lack. |

I think Ill have a harder time getting into them, as they are Death Metal. Im not saying I judge or anything...except im not the biggest Death Metal fan around. |

I can understand that. It took me a very long time to get into them, even though I was already into death metal. Any time spent investigating their work is well worth it in my opinion. |
