Janeway 09-10-2006 02:30 PM

I just ate some shrimp lo mein.

Yeah. I shouldn't have. I don't like shrimp.

Win A Rabbit 09-10-2006 02:35 PM

Shrimp is gross. I'm not really against eating animals (well, I don't think we should kill more than we need, etc.), but those shrimp rings (or whatever they're called, with like 100 shrimp placed in a circle around some dip) remind me of some weird cult thing where everyone aligns themselves before drinking the kool-aid. It just looks like gross death to me.

Plus I just don't like fish. Or seafood, to be more broad. I guess shrimp aren't fish.

Corkofski 09-10-2006 02:44 PM

my mum drives me insane

she talks bull**** about stuff me and my dad are talking about:

example:

dad: "wtf? can you not get it anywhere else?"
me: "no, its sonys set price"
mum: "WTF THATS OUT OF ORDER MAKE THEM CHARGE LESS OMG TRADING STANDARDS DONT GO ON EBAY YOU GET VIRUSES AND PEDOS AND STUFF"

me and dad: "wtf??? :S"
you live on an army base?
Nice..

Plus Toasted Cheese Sandwich > Sushi anyways.
Depends on the Sushi though, AND the Cheese.
Well, I live by it. It would take awhile for me to actually drive and get on base and get to the commissary, the damnable thing is HUGE.

Sushi = Not fresh desert-y sushi
Cheese = Colby-Jack deli slices

And therefore,

Toasted Cheese Sandwich > Desert Sushi

It was yummy <3

~~

So today blows.

Its almost 1 PM and I havn't showered yet. I'm supposed to be cleaning my room today but I've barely started [it's going to take a long, longlonglong time], and I've got to lect at 5 o'clock church today and I havn't even seen todays readings so I have to go early and borrow a missel for the rest of the year which means I won't be home 'til ike 8:30 because I have to go to lifeteen since I skipped last week 'cause I was hungry, AND I have to do an annotated bibiliography for 3 websites on the topic "What is good writing?" for college, due 12:30 tomorrow.

I really shouldn't procrastinate.

Janeway 09-10-2006 03:12 PM

I only like battered fish and fried shrimp.

I can't stand the cold raw shrimp. It makes me want to barf. =/

Josiah 09-10-2006 03:23 PM

311 makes great music

stevensonmat2 09-10-2006 03:34 PM

cold shrimp and cocktail sauce make my pants wet

Sunshine 09-10-2006 03:40 PM

Raw shrimp?

Nasty.

Tempura for me 'kthanks [battered and fried].

Janeway 09-10-2006 03:47 PM

Crap. I poured soapy water in my coffee maker by accident.
Now I'm on the second rinse with vinegar.

My new coffee is a lovely dark roast. Millstone.
The best cheap coffee.

maniac0796 09-10-2006 03:58 PM

Pespi scares me for some reason. For that, i'm going to rep her with my awesome 112 rep power!

psychocream 09-10-2006 04:38 PM

just came back from a marching band comp *yawn*

Janeway 09-10-2006 04:38 PM

Hmm... 2381.

I'll return it, I guess.

I just picked tomatos for my mom. I had to have picked about 80 of them.
I hate tomatos.

Win A Rabbit 09-10-2006 05:21 PM

Roma tomatoes are the only tomatoes I like. None of the other kinds really have any flavor, they just make everything mushier.

I just realized that we have a bunch of blank dvd's laying around. I'm going to burn the Porcupine Tree concert I've had on my computer for atleast half a year, and watch it on my bigscreen tv, yay.

Schweet. That's my favorite kind of sushi personally.

ludvista29 09-10-2006 05:27 PM

send it to me, please?

Win A Rabbit 09-10-2006 05:33 PM

Yeah, what's your email? I'll try uploading it somewhere. It's pretty big, an hour and 14 minutes.

Futuro 09-10-2006 05:34 PM

I heard on the news people in Sarasota florida had an earthquake :-/

Thats about as common as dying from a heat stroke in the arctic.

Win A Rabbit 09-10-2006 05:38 PM

Ludvista, I'm uploading it now. When it finishes, I'll post the link in here for anyone who wants it.

Looks like it'll take atleast an hour . My computer's slow.

Berk 09-10-2006 05:51 PM

Anyone listen to He Is Legend?

Janeway 09-10-2006 06:04 PM

I want to listen to Saetia really bad, but I don't have their album on my comp anymore. I can't rip the CD because the tracks aren't in the specific order of the album and it's going to have the wrong name for the song.

And I don't want to go back to my CD player.

Same with CTTS. I just want some screamo to make me feel better. =/

lol. If global warming keeps happing then it will be more common.

Janeway 09-10-2006 06:16 PM

How does global warming effect earthquakes?

Niagara County should be destroyed by an earthquake. We're right over massive fault lines.

Futuro 09-10-2006 06:18 PM
How does global warming effect earthquakes?
Yeah... it doesnt. refl

Its hot/humid as **** in florida anyway.

Sync0pation 09-10-2006 06:19 PM

The higher temperatures induced by global warming cause glaciers to melt. And apparently this causes an unstable weight distribution on the earth's surface, causing more earthquakes.

Futuro 09-10-2006 06:23 PM
The higher temperatures induced by global warming cause glaciers to melt. Cool maybe by next year the climate will reverse and the poles will be burning hot, and florida will be covered in ice.

Sync0pation 09-10-2006 06:25 PM

If the poles were burning hot, most of the world would be flooded, so the whole US could be under ice

Janeway 09-10-2006 06:26 PM

I know all my facts about global warming from a man who had downed 8 jack and cokes in two hours. =/

Futuro 09-10-2006 06:29 PM
If the poles were burning hot, most of the world would be flooded, so the whole US could be under ice
Yay, no more air conditioning bill.

Sync0pation 09-10-2006 06:35 PM
Yay, no more air conditioning bill.
Plus we could steal frozen oil chunks from the middle east and use it in our frozen cars

Futuro 09-10-2006 06:37 PM
Plus we could steal frozen oil chunks from the middle east and use it in our frozen cars
I figure I will be dead by the time humans destroy the earth, so I don't care about global warming.

I give it another 300 years.

Win A Rabbit 09-10-2006 06:50 PM

I don't think I'd give it any more than 100, really. At the rate it's going, unless things start changing (which I strongly doubt they will), there's going to definately be a drop in overall life on earth in 100, at which point there will be no turning back.

Oh, how wonderful it is to talk about things like this.

PT update: it was 3/4 done, and i went to minimize it, but i x'd it. :( I have to upload it again.

that stinks man!

Sync0pation 09-10-2006 07:28 PM

We've already hit the point of no turning back. I believe the world is already doomed, so we might as well live life as we're here.

Drum Phil 09-10-2006 07:35 PM

I dont drive me. So im not adding that crap to it.

I just walk, cycle or use public transport.

Sync0pation 09-10-2006 07:37 PM

If we stopped all fossil emissions today, the world would keep heating up for another 200 years.

Win A Rabbit 09-10-2006 07:37 PM

As do I. Right now I just walk, since there's no busses in this small town. But when I do move out, it'll be all busses/lrt.

I still think there's a chance to turn things around, but it'll take d'amn near everyone to stop basing their lives around money, which seems very out of hand.

Sadly our culture destroys everything for a profit, and money really does run the world.

Drum Phil 09-10-2006 07:43 PM

I dont care about money me, i want enough to live comfortably, thats it

Win A Rabbit 09-10-2006 07:45 PM

I care about money to the point where I want a roof and food.

All my friends are working jobs they hate just for an extra couple dollars an hour, so they can spend that money on video games and movies. I'd rather do something I enjoy for a little less and actually pay attention to what I spend money on.
