i think it's safe to say that whatever style or sub-sub-genre it may be, death metal is not varied

it's not a matter of a single band having variation (which deeds do), but of the entire genre having more stylistic variance. plus, bdm has, on the avg, a far greater number of separate riffs per song which makes for less repetition which makes for more variance, ppl with dicks for ears who cant distinguish between riffs excluded
