I also really love 12 Dreams of Dr. Sardonicus.
I told you it was great.

yeah, the vender guy also really loves that album so he gave me a deal on it. I'm listening to it right no.

lunch998 07-07-2005 01:46 PM

My favorite tracks are Prelude, Street Worm, and When I Touch You. But it's a consistently good album.

Badmoon 07-07-2005 01:48 PM
What are some of the terrible things he did?
Rastafarianism...maybe. He supposedly was not 100% Rastafarian and also seemed to practice a more positive and loving form of the religion. So, perhaps that wasn't a bad thing.

i like Prelude, Animal Zoo, Street Worm and Mr. Skin. But yes an awesome album all around.

lunch998 07-07-2005 02:03 PM

I love the cowbell in Street Worm, during the up-tempo part. Actually I love the percussion all throughout the album.

Broken Arrow 07-07-2005 02:05 PM

I do too, the Cowbell, the congas/bongos, the tympanies and the general drumming.

Nice Traffic thread. :thumb:

lunch998 07-07-2005 02:36 PM

Make sure to grow a mullet before then.

BludgeonySteve 07-07-2005 02:50 PM

He has loser jazz hair now, there would be no point :upset:

magicbus 07-07-2005 03:13 PM

Make a sign that says "MX BLIND MULLET : COOL : "

.... not that he'll be able to see it or anything.

How would you define jazz hair?

Oooh, low shot

np: Jeff Beck - Beck's Bolero. Wicked little instrumental.

Glitterati 07-07-2005 03:44 PM
Well he did lots of things like cheat on his wife, I beleive he hit her once. I'm too lazy to really go double check and list them all now. He didn't start any wars or anything, but he did commit adultery many many times, spawning numerous other children, as a well as hit his wife (I don't want to say beat because I think it was a single incident and yet I don't think it was a single hit either).

But he and his wife I would say did a formidable job of overcoming their problems.
Yeah, that guy had, like, a gazillion kids all over Jamaica.

I loooove that song. Definently my favorite song off Truth, because I don't really like any others that much. What a great song.

Broken Arrow 07-07-2005 04:00 PM
On another note Jeff Healey rocks. The guy is a rock god. A blind rockin, sexified rock god, ya dig? G O D.
:amaze:

I think we should start the clans up again. Whether we start as the Fathers of Time or start something new, we should have a Classic Rock clan.

Me and you have a few different clans, but the entire membership just consists of us two. We could have a big clan.

Badmoon 07-07-2005 04:35 PM

Yea, like we original clan members would even let you in ;).

Does anyone remeber a user called the Mightyquin?
Does anyone remeber a user called the Mightyquin?
Yea, all I remember was when he decided to leave. No one really liked him, and he kept coming back to have a last comment. It was annoying.
