Zildjian 09-09-2006 08:26 PM
16" Crashes blow, 18" an up..
 comming from a kit with a Barker set up

We_Love_Lime 09-09-2006 08:29 PM

Yeah, Berk should be only allowed to post things that are not related to drumming.

ludvista29 09-09-2006 08:32 PM

Berk 09-09-2006 09:00 PM

God damn LV, STOP CALLING ME EMO..

And Zildjian, Wtf, I'll post pics of my kit tomarrow, YOU WILL SEE, No more barker,
And by the way. It was a Gillespie Set-up.

Janeway 09-09-2006 09:04 PM

Yay. I feel better.
We went out for dinner and I had steak, and then we went shopping where I got some new coffee, two pairs of pajama pants, some deodorant, and some tampax pearls.

They're like the Cadillacs of tampax.

Berk 09-09-2006 09:05 PM

Pearl Whore.

Buh dum shhhhh...

Janeway 09-09-2006 09:17 PM

Fag.

I smell like a man. I can't tell if Arm&Hammer deodorant is unisex or not. It's inbetween the women's degree and ban, but the bottle is shaped like men's deodorant. I love the smell of it though.
I have a silly weakness for girls that smell manly.

We_Love_Lime 09-09-2006 09:19 PM

Arm and Hammer deodorant is awesome.
I hate when girls spray those little ****ing. Apricot Mellow Sunshine sprays on you, than you smell like girl.

Janeway 09-09-2006 09:24 PM

I hate those sprays.

Eight year olds go crazy over them. You shouldn't be wearing that shit when you're an adult.

Berk 09-09-2006 09:25 PM

I want an apple SO bad right know.
There's none in the fridge, There's only Banana's and grapes.

We_Love_Lime 09-09-2006 09:29 PM

Me too Pespi.

Berk, Have a Lime.

Janeway 09-09-2006 09:31 PM

Limes make it burn when you pee.

First one to post after each of my posts tonight gets rep.=/

We_Love_Lime 09-09-2006 09:33 PM

No they don't

Janeway 09-09-2006 09:36 PM

Okay.

People with lebanon as their location get -rep.

Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra is good.

Berk 09-09-2006 09:39 PM

I ain't got no limes either.
Cheese String or Yogurt Tube.

Janeway 09-09-2006 09:40 PM

String cheese.

Yogurt tubes give me cold sores.

And they're stupid. Just use a spoon like a big boy.

Berk 09-09-2006 09:41 PM

BUT I DONT HAVE ANY NORMAL YOGURT!!!

Ok, Cheese String.

Janeway 09-09-2006 09:47 PM

It's string cheese.

Cheese string would be one solitary string of cheese. This is cheese that you form strings out of.

I have a sore on the roof of my mouth.

Berk 09-09-2006 09:59 PM

I really want to play a 22"x24" bass drum, They looks so good. I wonder how they sound.

Well, Good night MX, I'm off to screw around with my kit, Good Night.

MeaninglessPhoto 09-09-2006 10:07 PM

Ouch. I had a sore in the back of my throat once because I had too many Tic Tac Bolds and it sucked ***. It was there for 2 1/2 weeks and I couldnt eat.

Futuro 09-09-2006 10:11 PM

I have a hell of a headache.

Josiah 09-09-2006 10:29 PM

like crap

MeaninglessPhoto 09-09-2006 10:30 PM

Not always. I played one and it sounded pretty good, unmiced and untriggered.

Josiah 09-09-2006 10:33 PM

They can sound good, as can any drum.

However the playability issues make it pretty much crap. Hence why it's very rare to see such monsters.

mysticalyeti 09-09-2006 10:36 PM

22x24 looks stupid as hell.

Stupid as ****ing hell.

God.

I hate them.

They fill me with rage.

Ugly!

Er, assuming 22" diameter.

Janeway 09-09-2006 11:24 PM

I hate early American history.

God dammit.

Futuro 09-09-2006 11:26 PM

I could count the amount of times I have used American History outside of school on 1 hand. See if you can replace it with a music class or sumthin

_Wrathchild_ 09-09-2006 11:27 PM

My history class is really boring already.

I don't really like the teacher either. She doesn't seem all that nice, and she's also rather large and I'm a little bit afraid she might eat us if we misbehave :(

Heh, don't get one. Its pretty much impossible to get a good sound out of them. oh, and forget playing double bass on one.

Janeway 09-09-2006 11:38 PM

I like the class. I'm good at history for some reason.

But I have to do a speech on something in America between 1600 and 1865.
Nothing happened during that time. I mean, I know all the wars and indians and blah blah blah, but we're not supposed to do something we already know a lot about.
So far all I have is the Auburn Correctional Facility and Irish Immigration.

Actually, quite a lot happened during that time. Do some more research.

Oh boy you need to read some history books, real ones.

Prior to 1865 some of the most influential and foundation setting events occured wich have defined what the country is today. Ranging from economic principles to foundational government structure, laws and bills wich would change the shape of the legal system, etc..

You might want to check out 'A People's History of the United States' by Zinn.

Great book, much more accurate then most history texts.

Janeway 09-09-2006 11:59 PM

I have to read it in a course I take next semester.

I'm doing the Mountain Meadows Massacre anyways.

Josiah 09-10-2006 12:06 AM

Indeed, also makes for a fantastic reference to other great texts about more specific times/events.

des las Casas 'History of the Indies' is brutal

For sure. I read some of that in a latin american studies class...depressing how out of whack the Europeans were at the time.

Josiah 09-10-2006 12:21 AM

Figures she'd pick something to do with killing that really wasn't that big of a deal by any means in terms of historical importance.

_R2D2_ 09-10-2006 12:24 AM

it would've been easier just to do the american revolution!!

Sunshine 09-10-2006 12:33 AM

Haha, these two army privates hit on me and my friend today.

They were such losers.
