There's no point in mixing emo with pop-punk...I post in both forums and love the people in both but a lot of guys in the hc/e forum don't like this forum and they're friends with hardcore guys...it wouldn't go over well at all.

Plus, emo is short for emotional hardcore...emo came from hardcore music. Emo = hardcore, so there's no use separating them...

The community here is like 100x better than the hxc one.

if you can get past the e-singalongs and tough guy attitudes, then it's in no way as bad as you guys make it out to be.

Yeah, I like the singalongs...it adds funny character to the place.

The toughguy attitude mainly sticks to the hardcore/metalcore community thread and the occasional hardcore thread...other than that, it's not nearly as bad as it's made out to be.

I like it there.
