How is the new Narrows LP?
I've yet to check it out. They played a show recently with All Pigs Must Die in my area but the venue in question was a bar that only allows you to sit down to listen to the bands. Not tryna just sit still to those bands. |
places like that exist?
|
Sadly, yes.

The new Narrows LP is boring as hell.
|
yeah fuck it
|
But what are you guys fav song off it?
|
This message is hidden because HighandDriving is on your ignore list.
|
You mad.
|
only track i really really like on the new narrows album is under the guillotine
everything else is p booooring |
narrows is boring as hell. i remember the hype for their first release a few years ago and that shit sucked. no interest in this new album at all
|
Have you checked out their first ep.
Pretty elite. |
I'm not huge on their newest, tho. I like their first album more.
It's just nice to have a good active metalcore band around. There are pretty much none around anymore. Metalcore died when BBTS ended. |
Coalesce is still active. So is Cave In. The Secret is still pretty good. and don't you love Everytime I Die, Converge and This or the Apocalypse? lol
|
Also, The End Of Six Thousand Years' new album is awesome, and SLOTHS and Divider rule, although those two are like in between metalcore and sludge.
Also, The Acacia Strain's still active ya tards. |
Omg guise but we came as romans is soooo gewd
|
not sure if witchxrapist is trolling because "a-strain" hasn't mattered since 3750.
|
theyre great and awesome but obviously screamo you numbnuts
|

what in the flying fuck are you smoking? i mean i'll let it slide, since you're new, but you have no clue how much that band means to me, i've seen them somewhere around 15-20 times lol then again as a vocalist, my opinion is often skewed by bands having elite vocals |
MY DICK NOW LIES IN YOUR ROTTING MOUFFF
z |
I'll rephrase. To me 3750 was the only unique, above average album.
I mean, I'll be honest, I sometimes put on "Dead Walk" and I did attend the Continent CD release. I just don't see them as a stand out band anymore. |
3750 fucking rules
|
3750 is great, but it's not very original at all lol.
The whole melodeath + brutal breakdowns thing was huge around 2005. Here's some namedroppies of bands doing that stuff between 2003-2006: Embrace The End On Broken Wings Through The Eyes Of The Dead Neveragainforyou A Long Awaited Tragedy All Shall Perish Rifles At Recess Whitechapel Job For A Cowboy My first band was doing that shite, and we were like 15 and 16 year olds lol. |
