just got back from working out. feelin ****in excellent. except my knees are getting sore from running so much. but i can run 2 miles in 15 minutes now so im pretty much the perfect specimen a perfect balance of power and speed.

its not really a lie. they make it pretty obvious that you cant actually get all of it. its still the best way to get all the protein you can possible get, plus its loaded full of creatine, ****-ton of vitamins, calcium, and all that other good stuff your body craves. combined with these multivitamins that have like 100% daily value of everything my body feels incredible lately.

So last night I got weird and decided to go to block buster and rent some video games But it turns out they don't have game for outdated consoles like Xbox and gamecube, so I rented No Country For Old Men. Bought Gran Torino and Raging Bull. I watched Gran Torino this morning, not violent enough but pretty respectable and inspirational. |
im hovering between 168 and 172 right now. i was just hoping to get up to 185 by the end of the year, but its looking like i might be able to set my goal a little higher. i was only 137 at the end of june.

I keep thinking I wanna start doing something because there's like hella azns that could teach me Muay Thai, BJJ or at the very least TKD in Tacoma. I'm really interested in MMA but I'd wanna specialize in something before I actually jumped into mixed stuff.
