i had to write a fuckload of essays and had to do an interview (with two yale students and harvard student, yikes) but it was so worth it. supposedly 1350 people applied, only 64 got it, which is sort of ridiculous haha. i'm really excited

there are two seminars at cornell and two at michigan. my top choice was one at cornell but im excited for the one i'm going to. it's on "modernism through art and theater"

sounds interesting. i participated in a few summer programs at colleges, but it was mostly actual courses (took a linguistics class at berkeley and an ancient greek class at chicago)
