isnt weed pretty much legal in canada anyways

it's decriminalized, you have to have a pretty solid amount on you to be charged, but you can be charged for smoking it in places that enforce no smoking bylaws.

but yea might as well be legal. i've never had any cops say anything, even had a cop wish my friend happy 420 last week.

it's one of those catch 22s though, you can be charged for soliciting and selling. but possession you hvae to have like 10gs or something on you, i can't remember exactly.

its technically illegal to take a legal prescription the wrong way, so basically if you take it any way other than what's written on the script and the bottle, it's illegal.

Actually you're right, the amount proposed was 15g but apparently it never fully passed. Still, it might as well be.

Cops around Seattle, especially the University District don't care much about pot. Our mayor made the Seattle police chief state that marijuana use was "the lowest priority crime" and there were something like 40 cases last year regarding marijuana, most of which were cases involving distribution I'm pretty sure.

To say the least, it's a pretty low risk activity. I'll probably get a green card for like 100 dollars at hemp fest this summer if I have the extra cash, might as well.
