the only thing you can say is good songwriting. it's your only point. don't worry though, your boyfriends here will continue to suck your balls. kill 'em all is a masterpiece. it's definitely their best record. it's actually their only record i can listen to it all without skipping any songs.
Gojira I'm still trying my best to avoid arguments here, but I have a serious question now for you. What do you actually like? I mean you've been contradicting yourself all day here, you say everything post AJFA is **** and everything before it is godly. Then you started saying Metallica was only "good" and that Sepultura was better. And now it's KEA is their only good album all the way through, and everything else only has a couple good songs. So I'm just curious, and I'm serious here, what DO you like? |
Never seen it.
/heads of to metallica.com
Whatever you do, just keep your eyes on the screen. Your head will be constantly telling them to look away, but don't. |

Ah, you're coming out of the closet. You like something other than KEA. No ones sucking my balls, they were saying the same stuff before I started posting. And, songwriting is the only factor in music. Everyone thats not simple and closed-minded like idiots such as your self will tell you there is atleast one song that appeals to them on the self-titled album. Anyone who says "OMGZ METALLICA SUKZORZ CUZ TEY ARENT TEH TRASH!" really shouldnt be allowed to comment. |
no reason?
So you dislike the entire cd because of the high snare sound? |
So you dislike the entire cd because of the high snare sound?
I think hes trying to say its garbage. But, the high pitched snare was a throw off, but nothing to really hate the album for. |

 That is all I have to say on the matter. And maybe  |
Or 90% of all black metal releases. Production does not stop me from enjoying music in the least bit. |
Anyone else agree that live music is where its at?
Whether its Metallica or not? I love live vids of Metallica. Just something about their stage presence, really livens things up. :) |

Kirky plays it with a slide and James is teh secks in his skin tight pants as always :naughty: Yeah live albums are the shizz. Thin Lizzy's Live and Dangerous FTW. And I'll give a mention to Iced Earths Alive in Athens, that is a must have live album. |
Seeing Metallica live or anyband is great. But when I listen to live Metallica James' voice gives me the shudders. Well the new James from black album up. He doesn't really seem to have that raw voice anymore.

I mean honestly, can you think of a worse bill?) and they really didn't impress me. I mean, they were spot on in execution, but they just didn't have much presence. On the videos that you see of Black-era shows, it just seems like James owns the stage of which he stands. He just didn't have that when I saw him. And though it was amusing watching Rob crouch-walking across the stage a-la Gene Simmons, Kirk didn't really do anything. |

I will agree with that. Except for S&M, where his voice was pretty good. But like alot of the vault stuff, and vids on the net but not make him sound great. Maybe the recording quality, but definately Live Sh*t era was the best. |

It's not Barlow but Greely is still a singer I like a lot. It's my favorite Iced Earth album. If you want to check out a song or 2 before you buy it, check out Stormrider and Pure Evil. |
Cover the whole of Ride the Lightning.
:o That would be so totally pwnage.. Start off with Battery, then play Master of Puppets up to the 4 minute mark (Maybe 3:30?), play something short like For Whom The Bell Tolls, and then finish with the remainder of Master of Puppets.
