I enjoy movies which grossly alter history through artistic license as much as the next person, but 10,000 BC looks to be more than even I can politely ignore.

10000bc got given 1 star by margaret and 1/2 by david on the movie show. I can safely say ive never seen any movie score that low before

Last night I got spiked on my head in grappling. I was pretty much knocked out but the guy didn't really notice/care. He put me in a tight choke and since I was out of it I didn't try tapping for about 4-5 seconds. So today I'm basically really sick and have had the worst headache ever :( I should probably see the doctor or something.

Spiking is illegal under competition but it was pretty much my fault. He just took advantage really quickly.
