Bleeding Me is one of my favourite post 1991 songs. Its amazing, James' vocals are excellent, the solo may not be fantasic but it fits the song. It definately deserves to be up there with their older ballads.

Yeah but you gave no reason at all except "They sold out" and "It's not thrash". Example; Load went quite far from what they usually play, even though not my favourite album, its a good listen. The guitars tone is nice and thick, the vocals are pretty spot-on, and most of the songs are enjoyable on the first listen. That's much better than saying something just sucks without giving any good reason.

i listened to it. well, some of the songs. bleeding me, the house jack built and another one i can't seem to remember. i didn't like it. it's slow and james vocals are terrible. i would rather listen to st.anger, just because as bad as it is, at least it has energy. load is just boring.

So your saying slow=bad? Then how do you like Fade To Black? It's not fast. Sanitarium? Not fast. Hell half the stuff on ALL of their albums is only mid paced.

i don't like sanitarium. in fact, i can list a bunch of songs from metallica on the four albums that i don't like. sanitarium is one of them. fade to black, i love it. i don't think it's that slow and i don't know, i just like it. one was their last good ballad in my opinion. :p
