Getting Perversion Bizar in light of all this P.E. discussion.
Absolute Body Control
The Klinik Thomas Leer & Robert Rental The Neon Judgement Borghesia I guess, band is a very new wave/post-punk kind of EBM esp. earlier on. That one song makes me think of Public Image Ltd's Metal Box album for some reason, though it is much darker and there is a distinct lack of synths. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iCtGVJvM8lA
cool thanks and jaundice wtf were you thinking with claps |
idk i wanted to just use electronic kick and hi hat and use an acoustic snare but i had to play guitar so i needed it all automated
so i just made a simple sequence and played it all through left and right channels, didnt have the equipment or time to do anything complicated the open hi hat hit at the end of each measure was a bit of a risk too sounds like its from early 90s southern rap |
refer to comm thread
basically the only things that work are the rhythm guitars and your clean vox (to a lesser degree but they're aight) |
do wall o sound production
|
Jaundice would totally hire Bob Rock to produce if he had the money
|
going to see carole pope with my mom on thursday

would eai/onkyo discussion be appropriate here or would I be better off making another no-one-gives-a-shit-about-this-sort-of-music-catch-it-all-here thread?
|
better off just forgetting about it entirely
|
do you mean martial industrial Jon?
what is this
EAI is an acronym for electroacoustic improv - onkyo is a subgenre which is basically the same thing except it's Japanese and oftentimes sets a different mood but some people know onkyo over eai and vice versa so 99% of the time I say EAI/onkyo. You might like. Or you might find it ridiculous. Taku Sugimoto and Moe Kamura made some great great onkyo last year. A little ten minute EP called Saritote II. Semi-Impressionism by Toshimaru Nakamura & Tetuzi Akiyama is one of the best examples of the genre, too. However, if you have the patience, get this for the ultimate in onkyo/eai. Not the best in terms of quality, I mean it's up there, it's just the most comprehensive work in the genre I've yet to find: http://rateyourmusic.com/release/album/various_artists_f2/improvised_music_from_japan/ Ignore some of the reviews where they give bad ratings because it's really minimal and grainy - as well as it's noise too so... |
oh and lowercase, is that here or elsewhere?
|
old Die Krupps is pretty good
|
i'll just make a new thread about it
|
don't think I like Alien Sex Fiend that much
waiting for one album to really grab me but it never does |
Clinic of Torture is really quite good. Was turned off by Perversion Bizar's cover (like are they turning her vagina into a robot seriously) but it's worth a d'l.
Wasn't so impressed by Control's The Pleasures of Rape. |
clinic of torture is great
so is nicole 12 so is grunt |
Control's The Pleasures of Rape.

Algolagnia is pretty good
TPoR is my only experience with 'em |
I have had Natural Selection and The Means To An End for a long time but have never listened
|
i tend to love electronically made music with bio references so i will probs get n.s.
|
been listening to this almofar album alot lately it's described as 'epic ambient' but it's pretty much just darker ambient with a slight medieval tinge to it. and there's rain going throughout the whole thing. it has an ambient cover of summoning's long lost to where no pathway goes too which is cool. it's good, idk you guys might not like it tho.
|
anybody like nicole 12
pedo shit up in hurrrrr |
they weren't as pedophilic as I thought
I meant like people who didn't relate through pedophilia I meant people who like revel in it and want to partake in it. |
so i've really been digging perversion bizar
