I've never heard of the show but from the wikipedia article I'm willing to guess that this is one of those shows that features a cast that supposed to be "young" and "hip." A Kezia poster in the background says to the audience "these characters are so cool they listen to bands you don't even know exist yet, but you will."

...Or it could be that a set designer thought Kezia was a ****ing masterpiece.

nah you're pretty wrong, it's about a bunch of bitter, failed comedians, writers and actors working for a catering company. the girl wasn't part of the cast, she was basically a walk-on or an extra.

Lol. It's not a rip off... Rhythm is different and bloodmeat intro has two chords. Yes, they sound similar but it's not plagiarism.

It looks like most if not all of those posters are of bands signed to Vagrant Records. If this show was produced in LA, I wouldn't be too surprised if they just called up Vagrant (which is based in LA) and asked for a bunch of posters to use in the show.
