Audio - use soundclick or other audio hosting service and post a link to the audio file.

Pics - use Photobucket or other image hosting service and place the link to the picture in betweene image tags in your post like this:

Photobucket is crap. You have to sign up. Thats so stupid.

You don't need to sign up with imageshack.

why does it make a difference, you sign up once, they don't send you emails and you get to keep an album of photos. If theres a lot you can just link the album. photobucket PWNS.
