My college is horrible. It's a so-called party school, so everybody here is like "omg we have one test this semester this is too much work omg" and other nonsense.

I was picked on like a mother****er until I was like 14.

Eliminator 03-06-2008 09:01 PM

gmoneyguy 03-06-2008 09:10 PM

Dude thats sucks, I had to move my senior year to Mississippi. :(

Permanent Solution 03-06-2008 09:19 PM

I liked high school better than college, I feel out of the loop here :(

Eliminator 03-06-2008 09:22 PM

all of the friends that ive made who have shared interests/are interesting pretty much ditched or didnt care or something

high school sucks omg angst. i heard some idiot say something like this ther other day: "if i wuz votin i wouldnt vote for obama. barack HUSSEIN obama with that kind of name how isnt he some damn a-rab terrist ****"

Tyler 03-06-2008 09:24 PM

This seems like a good point to point out that brothers of metal will always be there, standing together with hands in the air!

Sponer 03-06-2008 09:24 PM

Meh. High school's alright. I'm in my senior year, but I think my sophomore/junior years were the best. Mostly cause a lot of my friends were older than me. So now they've all left, and it's kinda meh.

Permanent Solution 03-06-2008 09:25 PM

yeah but you live in Ohio

You should hang out with rattlehead.

My dad is stationed up there.

Angmar 03-06-2008 09:27 PM

High school is alright, I have a lot of friends and I get along with just about everyone but I can't say I love it or anything.

pulseczar 03-06-2008 09:28 PM

my high school sucks because it's the 'prep' school of the city. so everyone is either an uptight fag or dumb jock. i mean i have good friends and all, but its hard to find other kids or good looking girls who aren't impossible to chase without being a spoiled jerkoff

Eliminator 03-06-2008 09:28 PM

oh yeah forgot to mention that the large majority of gurls here are sluts

there are a bunch of bros in my study hall that talk about either strip clubs, parties, or women

it gets pretty old not gonna lie!

gmoneyguy 03-06-2008 09:30 PM

D00D tap dat ****. You can make them call you big papa

i think everyone thinks that about everyone else. it's really funny.

well yeah, if you're in high school someone is bound to think you're a fag, but compared to the high school i used to go to there were much less douche bags

no i mean everyone tends to think they're middle of the road, un-cliquey, etc, but if everyone were, then no one would be cliquey. So the fact of the matter is most people are exactly what they profess to hate.

Eliminator 03-06-2008 09:37 PM

i can safely say that i am un-cliquey proving vince wrong!!

nah I'm definitely part of a clique, just not the prep/jock clique.

Pretty much the same as me except there are no girls here.

Eliminator 03-06-2008 09:37 PM

that explains a lot, zep.

losers are still a clique mate
nah I'm definitely part of a clique, just not the prep/jock clique.
But you probably drastically overstate the number of those belonging to that type of clique.

Or rather, most the people you think are part of that clique would disagree.

Eliminator 03-06-2008 09:50 PM

yeah i hang out with all the losers and discuss loserly things

except I'm not. I'm not a disgruntled angsty outcast who hates rich kid, it's just a fact throughout the entire city that my school is the prep school. i found it strange when i first heard it, but then I realized how clear it was. Especially the undercurrents of classicism and racism.

I went to the school stigmatized as the prep school and granted there were kids who drove beamers to school but we're talking a significant minority and that's it. Most kids were still normal. And this is seriously know throughout the whole state as being the rich preppy school.

Eliminator 03-06-2008 09:55 PM

my school is known as being the trashy one in my town, i guess

and i think the majority of the people there are tbh

then again everyone at my school think that about the others
so yeah..

pulseczar 03-06-2008 09:59 PM

Well, I guess I'm underestimating the fact that I have acquaintances that are good guys who fall into the prep category. I don't know, I think I oversimplified everything anyway, since there are good and bad people in my own clique, too. Of course calling it a clique is starting to get weird because I'm in a close knit group of 5 or 7 people within a bigger clique. hah.

College is depressing to me.

Kingofdudes 03-06-2008 10:02 PM

Hi guys :(
College is depressing to me.
My college's social life is depressing to me. I love my classes though, and I really like what I'm studying. I'm just going to choose a more exciting grad school to make up for it.

pulseczar 03-06-2008 10:03 PM

I'm not looking forward to graduating. All my friends who have graduated have said high school is something they took for granted in one way or another. But that's not really it. I'm going to go to university probably, but I have no interest in making money, let alone accumulating debt. I just want to be able to live on my own and listen to music back in my hometown.

Eliminator 03-06-2008 10:04 PM

I get up at 6:30 in the morning

I drive to college

sit in useless courses that I need a credit for to transfer in silence

I drive home.

Meh high school wasn't for me. I regret not being a bit more outgoing, but that's it. Try your best to study something that you are passionate about it some way. Im pretty lucky that what I am passionate about can make me some decent money (computer science).

Yep, you'll know when you find your chosen field. I've found mine through study, but unfortunately I don't work in it. My current work is ok, and has some cool elements, but nothing is going to beat working on a beach studying the fauna.
