I don't mind Placebo. And if it was only Limp Bzikit's first album, and maybe their second, that would be passable. As it is, yes, you're going to hell.
I supposed so. I don't care, I had to go anyway.

Brain Toad 03-29-2005 03:25 PM

Shtein 03-29-2005 03:27 PM

War by Bone Thugs-n-Harmony featuring Flesh-n-Bone with Henry Rollins, Tom Morello, and Flea

Would that be the same song that appears later on in the CD? And would Bone Thugs-n-Harmoney be that group that did the 'Crossroads song'?

honkybrewster 03-29-2005 03:29 PM

Yeah, they did Crossroads.

Its a kind of remake of the Edwin Starr orginal, but it's pretty much the same. I think they did that song, but I have no idea.

I didn't know Henry Rollins was in that song until now.

Let's Chop Cats! 03-29-2005 03:43 PM

This intrigues me. I shall get it later.

Let's Chop Cats! 03-29-2005 04:15 PM

Bouncing Souls are better than any band you listen to.

sketchyjoe 03-29-2005 04:23 PM

I listen to DK.
Bouncing Souls are better than any band you listen to.
I beg to differ.
Alkaline Trio > Bouncing Souls
Taj Motel Trio > Boucing Souls
Sound of Animals Fighting > Bouncing Souls

^^ i suggest you all check out SOAF. They have members from all sorts of bands playing some crazy prog rock.

honkybrewster 03-29-2005 04:26 PM

I like Alkaline Trio more, but I've also only heard like 2 songs by the Bouncing Souls.

Let's Chop Cats! 03-29-2005 04:28 PM

In no way is A3 better than BS. Especially after their last 2 releases (not counting the split).

honkybrewster 03-29-2005 04:29 PM

Recommend me some songs, I'll give them another listen. It's been like 2 years.

skankinBassist 03-29-2005 04:31 PM

Alk3 or BS?

honkybrewster 03-29-2005 04:32 PM

Bouncing Souls.

sketchyjoe 03-29-2005 04:32 PM

Alkaline Trio are better overall but they will never write a song better than True Believers.

Brothel_Creeper 03-29-2005 04:59 PM

or hopeless romantic

or kate is great

or the ballad of johnny x

or east side mags

honkybrewster 03-29-2005 05:14 PM

Dammit, AIM's doing the talking advertisements again.

Hoooly crap, I HATE those thing so much. Sometimes my sound will be high and they'll start playing, scares me!

honkybrewster 03-29-2005 05:40 PM

Yeah! But it didn't piss me off nearly as much as that diet pill popup.

AndreTheHyena 03-29-2005 05:43 PM

The worst ever was that Duck Hunt one. That one was infuriating, even with the sound off, because you could see that dumbass dog laughing and you knew what was going on.

shane italian 03-29-2005 05:44 PM

Yeah, I just jerked off and my boxers all sweaty.

Funny.

skankinBassist 03-29-2005 06:03 PM

I absolutely HATED the duck hunt one. I wanted to destroy everything when it came on.
